Our employment opportunities are open to all underrepresented groups, including people aged 50+, persons with disabilities (PCD), LGBTQIA+, Black individuals, women, and others. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily maintenance of hard and clay tennis courts * Prepare courts before opening, ensuring cleanliness, leveling, and optimal playing conditions * For clay courts: sweeping, leveling, replenishing material, irrigation, and line marking * For hard courts: surface cleaning, removal of debris, and inspection for cracks or wear * Inspect and adjust nets, posts, and other equipment * Support line painting and minor repairs when necessary * Monitor overall court conditions and report corrective maintenance needs * Organize and maintain used equipment and materials * Support the team in general sports area maintenance tasks **Desired Experience:** * Prior experience maintaining tennis courts, especially clay and/or hard courts * Experience preparing, leveling, and irrigating clay courts * Experience cleaning and preserving sports flooring * Basic knowledge of minor repairs and preventive maintenance * Experience in clubs, gyms, or condominiums is a plus * Knowledge of specific care practices to maintain optimal playing conditions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Skills in maintaining tennis and clay courts **Additional Information** * Hapvida health plan, dental plan, and Dr. Alper plan * Complimentary meals at our cafeterias and meal vouchers * Gympass and Psicologia Viva * Semi-annual and annual Performance-Based Bonus (PPR), and much more. **We are AVIVA, a company built by people and for people** Since becoming **AVIVA** in 2018, we understand that entertainment brings people fun, joy, personal satisfaction, and good spirits.
