In your role as **Materials Assistant I**, your responsibilities will include: * Receiving and inspecting materials (raw materials, semi-finished goods, warehouse items, and spare parts), verifying physical and documentary integrity * Completing Inspection Reports, identifying discrepancies, and escalating to supervisors when necessary * Storing materials in appropriate locations, ensuring quality, organization, and traceability * Supplying production according to system-generated requests, meeting machine demand requirements * Delivering materials, parts, and PPE to plant areas upon SAP order/reservation and inventory deduction * Operating internal material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) per safety regulations (NR-11\) * Participating in annual physical inventories using handheld scanners and supporting documentation * Standardizing and organizing materials in inventory (location addressing, labeling, grouping, FIFO) * Maintaining area organization per storage systems (pallet racks, block stacking, shelving) * Complying with quality, safety, environmental, and asset preservation standards * Acting per OEA Compliance criteria * Performing SAP system entries and controls * Carrying out related tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor **About Us** Are you already familiar with our brands Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®?
