The IT Operations and Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring system and IT infrastructure stability, availability, and performance in the production environment, delivering technical support, maintenance, and implementation of solutions focused on industrial operations, manufacturing, and logistics. Does this sound like you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial IT terminals in the production environment to ensure continuous operational functionality. * Build, maintain, and support the industrial network, resolving basic connectivity and infrastructure issues. * Administer, monitor, and provide technical support for industrial and corporate systems, including: * Manufacturing and integration systems (MES, IoT); * Digital and planning platforms (Cloud Platform, APS, OPS); * Execution and logistics systems (PES, WCS); * Logistics control and automation systems (MCF, RCS). * Provide end-user support, including training and guidance on proper use of IT systems and tools. * Implement, promote, and sustain internal IT projects targeting production and operations, ensuring timely delivery. * Support integration among equipment, IoT systems, and digital platforms, ensuring accurate data collection and transmission. * Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for joint testing, validations (joint debugging), and continuous system improvements. * Monitor system performance and propose enhancements to improve operational efficiency, stability, and reliability. * Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and technical procedures related to systems and IT infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networks, or related fields. * Experience in IT operations, maintenance, and support within industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments. * Experience in at least one of the following areas/systems: * MES / IoT (manufacturing and data integration) * Cloud Platform / APS / OPS (planning and production capacity) * PES / WCS (logistics execution and control) * MCF / RCS (logistics/robotics automation and control) * Knowledge of industrial IT infrastructure, including networks, devices, terminals, and factory-floor connectivity. * Experience in system troubleshooting, incident analysis, and user support. * Prior experience in implementing or supporting industrial or corporate system projects is a plus. * Knowledge of system integration, data collection (IoT), and communication with industrial equipment is considered advantageous. * Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, vendors, and global teams. * Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) required; * Willingness to work onsite in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously strive to enhance our benefits package.
