Job Summary: Professional responsible for constructing and repairing walls, installing claddings, doors, and windows, performing demolitions, restoring structures, and carrying out minor repairs and painting. Key Highlights: 1. Wall and fence construction and repair 2. Installation of claddings, doors, and windows 3. Minor repairs and painting services 1\. Erect walls, retaining walls, boundary walls, decorative walls, and small structures using bricks, blocks, or stones; 2\. Apply ceramic claddings (floor and tile installation) and perform necessary repairs; 3\. Install doors and windows (fitting and leveling); 4\. Apply basic waterproofing materials; 5\. Repair walls, sidewalks, and stairs; 6\. Perform minor demolitions and debris removal; 7\. Restore cracks, fissures, and uneven surfaces on walls and floors; 8\. Assemble temporary structures required for job execution; 9\. Carry out minor repairs and painting services.
