Manage all vehicle documentation, including licensing, traffic fines, insurance, and tracking systems. Create and monitor maintenance work orders with repair shops. Analyze fleet operational costs and propose actions for cost reduction and optimization. Provide support to drivers and operational teams to resolve fleet-related issues. Liaise with repair shops, suppliers, and insurance companies to ensure optimal fleet operation. Assist in route planning and support logistics activities when required. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal fleet-related policies. Position based in Simões Filho / BA.
