Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and propose training and development strategies that support employee learning and growth. * Coordinate development programs focused on succession planning, leadership, and other topics aligned with the company’s strategic planning. * Conduct in-depth diagnostics to identify the training needs of various organizational departments. * Analyze and translate business needs into effective training solutions. * Design and propose content for courses, online training, and in-person training sessions. * Design complex learning pathways to support employees’ continuous development. * Implement training and development programs (technical, behavioral, hybrid) to enhance employee performance and motivation. * Ensure execution of organizational development projects. * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Training & Development (T&D) function. * Analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and develop corrective actions. * Manage vendors and pursue external partnerships—such as consulting firms and academic institutions—to bring innovation to the T&D function. * Maintain ongoing engagement with the market to adopt industry best practices. * Exercise full autonomy in decision-making and, in many cases, lead the T&D team, guiding junior-level professionals. * Collaborate closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management (HR), People Management, or Education. * Prior experience in the field of Training and Development. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience designing training programs. * Experience tracking T&D performance indicators. * Experience managing development programs. 2511270202401833351
