They serve as the continuity link between processes, ensuring practices align with plant standards and strategic goals.**Responsibilities** ==================== Review and prioritize notifications within 24 hours of generation, ensuring the service order backlog is up-to-date, classified for reporting, and managed to meet business strategic objectives. Plan maintenance activities using the SIMPTWW methodology (Safety, Inspection, Measurement, Standards, Training, Workflow, and Workload), ensuring effective execution and operational optimization. Ensure reduction of breakdowns caused by inadequate maintenance procedures, minimize scheduled shutdowns, and reduce costs through continuous updating of standards and procedures, keeping them aligned with the budget. Ensure equipment performance is predictable and controlled, with a predominance of planned maintenance activities. Lead daily review of previous activities’ results and the day’s plan in the daily meeting, adjusting actions based on completion of scheduled work and any interruptions. Lead scheduling of maintenance activities for the upcoming week during the weekly meeting and for the upcoming month during the monthly meeting, aligned with the annual plan and previously identified demands. Ensure technical maintenance documentation is reviewed and updated whenever necessary and develop the annual maintenance plan. Monitor process indicators and metrics, correcting deviations and sharing results with leadership to assess equipment reliability and DMS for MP&S effectiveness. Identify losses and convert them into improvement topics, developing action plans for their elimination and tracking execution. Ensure project changes and Add/Remove/Modify works follow Change Management procedures. Review and update work plans after execution, documenting improvements for standardization and preservation of technical knowledge.
