Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; . Knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and inventory control; . Knowledge of fertilizer or chemical product processes — preferred; **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Inventory Management:** Monitor and control raw material and finished goods inventory levels; develop plans to allocate internal space for imported (lineUp), domestic, micro, packaging, liquid, and input products; ensure inventory levels meet production and demand requirements without overstocking or stockouts. **Inventory Reconciliation:** Perform physical and system-based inventory reconciliations for both owned and third-party plants, ensuring accounting balances reflect actual physical volumes. Identify and resolve discrepancies through detailed analysis. Guarantee data integrity in management systems (ERP) and support the accounting department. Collaborate with operational and control teams to maintain inventory accuracy, scanning records, and SEGR. **Inventory Control:** Conduct regular inventories, volumetric measurements, and counts of all products; reconcile discrepancies; propose corrective actions to ensure inventory data accuracy. **Management of Obsolete and Slow-Moving Items:** Identify obsolete and slow-moving inventory items and propose strategies for reducing or eliminating them. **Breakage Monitoring:** Monitor losses and inventory adjustments arising from plant supply processes, vessel closings, contractual breakages, and returns. **Operational Planning:** Ensure execution of inbound and outbound operational plans, considering plant capacity, market demand, and established deadlines, guaranteeing available inventory to deliver products on time and with quality. **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement teams to align production planning with raw material availability and market demand. **Performance Analysis:** Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to production and inventory; provide managerial reports; propose continuous process improvements. **Data Management:** Use ERP systems to plan, manage, control, and monitor production and inventory processes, maintaining data integrity and accuracy. **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in continuous improvement projects, seeking innovations and efficient practices to optimize PCP processes. 251225020249755371
