So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities: * COORDINATE THE INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING TEAM USING MANAGEMENT TOOLS TO OPTIMIZE DEPARTMENT PROCESSES; * STUDY AND PROPOSE IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY AND SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT GROUPS, AIMING TO ENHANCE PRODUCTION PROCESSES; * ADVISE INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS AND MANAGEMENT BY PROVIDING PRODUCTION DATA AND MACHINE AND EQUIPMENT EFFICIENCY TO SUPPORT DECISION-MAKING; * PLAN AND DEVELOP THE MANUFACTURING AREA BUDGET, DETERMINING PRODUCTION VOLUME, REQUIRED LABOR, PRODUCTIVITY TARGETS, AND CONSOLIDATING OPERATIONAL DATA TO ENSURE FINANCIAL FORECASTABILITY AND ALIGNMENT WITH PRODUCTION STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES; * IMPROVE MANUFACTURING METHODS AND PRODUCTION PROCESSES THROUGH TECHNICAL STUDIES AND BY PROPOSING IMPROVEMENTS IN METHODS, PROCESSES AND PRODUCTS TO PROMOTE INNOVATION, OPERATIONAL BALANCE AND INCREASED COMPETITIVENESS. Qualifications: * **EDUCATION:** Production / Mechanical / Control and Automation (Mechatronics) Engineering * **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** 2 years in the field * **CERTIFICATIONS:** Postgraduate / Six Sigma Black Belt * **LANGUAGES:** English: 3 – Advanced / Portuguese: 3 – Advanced * **SPECIFIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** SAP, MACROS, EXCEL
