The **Quality** department is responsible for conducting analyses and inspections of manufactured products, ensuring **excellence and compliance** with established standards, always focusing on **customer satisfaction** and **continuous process improvement**. We are looking for a **proactive, dynamic** and **results-driven professional** to join our team and contribute to strengthening the quality culture within the organization. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform inspections of PVC and Polyethylene products, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and technical specifications; * Carry out inspections of production processes, monitoring manufacturing stages, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Record, control, and track inspection and test results in spreadsheets and in the SAP system, ensuring data integrity and traceability; * Evaluate inputs, raw materials, and components, verifying compliance, performance, and suitability against established quality criteria; * Support the Production and Engineering teams in investigating causes of non-conformities and implementing continuous improvements in processes; * Contribute to the management of performance indicators (KPIs) and to achieving the department's quality goals; * Actively participate in alignment and results analysis meetings, presenting data, reports, and improvement suggestions; * Collaborate in standardizing inspection processes and procedures to increase efficiency and consistency in quality analyses. **Requirements and qualifications** **What is important to us:** * Alignment with our values; * Technical qualification in Quality; * Experience in industry. **Desirable:** * Solid experience working in the Quality sector within industry; * Knowledge of management systems (Excel, Word, Power BI); * Familiarity with the SAP system. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company; * Shuttle transportation; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Life insurance; * Psychosocial support; * Food voucher; * Profit sharing program (PPR); * Pharmacy discount program.
