So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities: * Monitor overall production to prevent issues that could lead to production losses; * Control inventory levels of materials and finished products; * Monitor the daily production plan, verifying the need for possible changes in the quantities of tires scheduled per day; * Provide production schedules to manufacturing departments according to the daily plan demand; * Analyze, monitor and ensure adherence to the production program, making adjustments when necessary based on requirements; * Schedule all materials for experimental tire specifications issued by the technical services department, maintaining control over them; * Identify and record any product quality, process or quality system issues; * Comply with requirements related to standards, environmental management, occupational health and safety; * Control leftover materials (end of production) to avoid surplus beyond targets. Qualifications: * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year of experience in the field (desirable); * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * **Other Courses/Specific Knowledge:** Proficiency in Office Suite desirable and Advanced English, intermediate knowledge of Office Suite.
