




* Supervise and integrate all HR subsystems (R\&S, T\&D, positions and salaries, internal marketing, work climate, Personnel Department and others; * Plan and implement HR policies and practices aligned with the company's strategy; * Monitor HR performance indicators (turnover, absenteeism, work climate, and productivity); * Lead, guide, and develop the HR team, promoting continuous process improvement; * Conduct alignment meetings with the HR team and department managers; * Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards for HR team deliverables; * Supervise recruitment and selection processes, ensuring hiring accuracy; * Validate job profiles and attraction strategies with managers; * Diagnose training and development needs together with managers; * Plan, implement, and evaluate leadership training and development programs; * Support the development of career paths and succession plans; * Support strengthening the employer brand (employer branding); * Assist managers in leadership, behavior, and team performance matters; * Mediate conflicts and promote a healthy and collaborative work environment; * Monitor labor and union issues together with the legal or Personnel Department when necessary; * Act as a strategic partner to company departments, supporting people management; * Negotiate and monitor contracts with HR vendors (consultancies, platforms, trainings, etc.).
