




Job Summary: HR Intern to support operational routines, including occupational medical examinations, benefits administration, recruitment and selection, and employee assistance. Involvement in recruitment and selection Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Activities performed: * Monitor and track occupational medical examinations and medical certificates. * Schedule the occupational physician's appointments and organize consultations. * Monitor leave deadlines for employees on leave and relay information to the occupational physician. * Assist in benefits administration and support employees with related inquiries. * Conduct onboarding training for new employees. * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Provide assistance to employees and leadership by clarifying questions, both in person and via WhatsApp. * Assist with administrative tasks within the HR department, such as access control system management, meal voucher tracking, and other HR operational routine support.
