So, does this sound like you? **Responsibilities and duties** 1\. Support administrative routines of the department (data entry, document control, reports, internal requests). 2\. Assist in monitoring maintenance, cleaning, safety, and other general factory services. 3\. Contact suppliers and internal departments to support operational activities. 4\. Track and record movements of materials, equipment, and purchase requests. 5\. Support timekeeping, vacation tracking, and employee scheduling when requested. 6\. Collaborate in organizing training sessions, meetings, and internal events. 7\. Ensure areas under responsibility are clean, organized, and compliant with EHS (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards. 8\. Assist in enforcing company internal policies, promoting safety and well-being in the workplace. 9\.
