Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the implementation and development of the ESG strategy at the local unit, supporting the formulation of policies, guidelines, and targets in collaboration with relevant departments, while monitoring KPIs and action plans. * Monitor ESG-related legislation, standards, and trends, performing regulatory interpretations and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements. * Collect, consolidate, analyze, and report ESG indicators, supporting the preparation of corporate and local reports. * Serve as the focal point for ESG-related requests from customers, regulatory agencies, government bodies, and other stakeholders. * Support the company’s participation in ESG-related awards, certifications, and recognitions. * Promote and strengthen internal ESG culture through campaigns, actions, and institutional initiatives. * Support ESG-related brand and business strategies by participating in events, forums, and external initiatives. * Develop and deliver ESG training and awareness initiatives for employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (field of study unrestricted). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools. * Experience in projects is considered a plus. * Analytical mindset, with ease in working with data and regulatory standards. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork capability. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
