Assist various trades in completing construction tasks. 2\. Responsible for transportation, unloading, and organization of materials. 3\. Perform site cleaning and ensure civilized construction practices. 4\. Assist in simple installations and basic tasks. 5\. Use basic tools to perform auxiliary work. 6\. Coordinate with on-site managers according to operational demands. 7\. Strictly comply with construction safety requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1\. Completed high school education; 2\. Prior experience in civil construction or operational activities is desirable; 3\. Physical fitness and suitability for manual labor; 4\. Basic knowledge of using simple tools; 5\. Fundamental understanding of construction site organization and cleaning; 6\. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team; 7\.
