




Description: The resort hotel front desk agent is responsible for handling guest check-in and check-out, monitoring reservations, attending to guests, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Additionally, they process payments, resolve issues, maintain an organized front desk area, and ensure an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities and Duties * Greet guests warmly, introduce oneself, and provide orientation regarding the hotel and its surroundings; * Process, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations; manage room availability maps; and operate hotel management systems; * Efficiently conduct guest arrivals and departures, including registration, account recording, and account settlement; * Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns in person, by telephone, or via email; * Prepare for next-day arrivals and anticipate upcoming check-ins; * Handle room charges; maintain an organized and well-stocked front desk area; * Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and ensure a pleasant stay; * Promote an unforgettable guest experience; * Receive and address complaints, offering solutions through active listening and empathy; * Stay updated on hotel services to accurately answer guest inquiries; * Promote sales of room upgrades, room decorations, spa services, romantic dinners, and other hotel offerings; * Manage and monitor room change requests as needed; * Maintain communication with supervisors regarding departmental requirements; * Possess the ability to resolve problems that may arise during a guest’s stay. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing); * Prior experience in front desk operations; * Strong sales orientation; * Intermediate/advanced Spanish proficiency; * Training in customer service and/or sales; * Willingness to reside in the staff housing compound — rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule. 2512170202551755760
