




Description: The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for receiving guests, guiding them, and ensuring they have a pleasant stay. This role is fundamental in the hospitality sector, as it represents the first and last impression guests have of the hotel. Responsibilities and duties * Responsible for check-in/check-out registration, arrival reports, departures, and incident records; * Prepare arrivals for the following day and anticipate incoming guests; * Perform room billing; keep the area organized and supplied; * Handle phone calls; maintain communication with departments; * Greet guests with warm and sincere welcomes; * Promote an unforgettable guest experience; * Receive complaints and provide solutions through active listening and empathy; * Stay updated on hotel services to answer guest inquiries; * Promote sales of room upgrades, decorations, spa services, romantic dinners, and other hotel offerings; * Manage/monitor room change requests as needed; * Maintain communication with the supervisor regarding department demands.
