**Job Description:** ---------------------- Plan and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment (transformers, motors, generators, panels, and substations). Maintain an updated equipment inventory, monitoring life cycles and replacement/modernization needs. Manage maintenance budgets, parts, services, and labor costs. Conduct failure analysis and propose solutions to improve system reliability. Monitor critical equipment using advanced diagnostic techniques (vibration, thermography, oil analysis). Propose improvements to reduce energy consumption and increase efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR\-10 and related standards). Train staff on safe procedures, new technologies, and the use of PPEs/collective protection systems. Perform risk assessments for maintenance activities. Prepare technical specifications for the procurement of electrical equipment and materials. Manage modernization and expansion projects for electrical systems, acting as a liaison with suppliers. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Postgraduate degree or MBA in Maintenance Management, Energy Engineering, or Industrial Automation. Certifications in NR\-10 (Safety in Electrical Installations), NR\-35 (Working at Heights), and SEP. Knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, and supervisory systems (SCADA/PLC/DCS). Experience with energy efficiency projects and energy management tools. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects. Proficiency in failure analysis tools (RCA, FMEA, TPM). Experience with maintenance software (SAP PM, Maximo, TOTVS, etc.). Intermediate or advanced English (for reading manuals, communicating with suppliers, and understanding international standards). Skills in managing contracts and technical service providers.
