




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Quality Coordinator to lead teams, manage KPIs, deliver training, and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Involvement in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement **We are looking for a Quality Coordinator.** We seek a proactive professional skilled in people leadership, negotiation, communication, motivation, and dedication to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the implementation of Daily Safety Talks (DDS), Work Instructions, and quality KPIs, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. * Manage and analyze area performance indicators, identify deviations, and direct effective action plans. * Update technical materials, deliver training, and guide internal, corporate, and customer teams on operational best practices. * Supervise daily inspections and internal audits, ensuring anomaly resolution and support for external audits. * Monitor non-conformities related to customers, suppliers, and rejected materials, ensuring traceability and corrective actions. * Administer the Customer Service System (SAC), consolidating information and directing handling and improvement opportunities. * Conduct investigations of internal and external non-conformities, identifying root causes, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification. * Perform statistical control of quality data, evaluating trends, process variations, and improvement opportunities. * Technically review reports, specifications, and quality management system documents. * Support the definition of new quality parameters, criteria, and technical requirements. * Develop and revise procedures, work instructions, and technical standards for products and raw materials. * Support senior management in technical analyses, team performance evaluation, recruitment processes, and budget control. * Act as the HR interface for administrative team routines (working hours, vacations, personnel movements). * Coordinate and monitor physical inventories according to established procedures. * Ensure compliance with safety, organization, hygiene, and continuous improvement practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, Production, or related fields. * Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
