




Requirements: * Higher education course and/or technical or vocational training in the field; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Analytical, proactive, responsible, organized, and communicative profile; * Knowledge of HR and DP department routines; * Previous experience in administrative activities, preferably in the HR sector; * Knowledge of labor legislation. Responsibilities: * Perform daily operations related to HR and DP functions and duties; * Conduct Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring (job posting, interview scheduling, candidate guidance, and organizing documents for hiring); * Manage admission, onboarding, and termination processes; * Create and fill out control spreadsheets (vacations, time tracking, anomalies); * Support organizational climate surveys and internal marketing initiatives; * Guide employees regarding common labor-related questions and corporate rules; * Payroll processing and benefits administration; * Vacation and leave tracking; * Accounting entries for payable and receivable accounts relevant to the department; * Document copying, scanning, and filing.
