Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing internal requirements, conducting site visits, developing scopes, preparing budgets, and monitoring construction execution. Key Highlights: 1. Daily monitoring of construction execution ### **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Analyze and understand internal requirements related to additional services, renovations, projects, and construction works, identifying needs, assumptions, constraints, and potential associated risks; * Conduct and supervise technical site visits with suppliers and service providers, ensuring technical alignment and delivery quality; * Develop detailed technical scopes, including descriptive specifications and service lists; * Prepare cost estimates and comprehensive budgets for services, projects, and construction works, ensuring accuracy and financial viability; * Monitor construction execution daily on-site, tracking schedules, costs, and compliance with the defined scope.
