Acting as a liaison among logistics, finance, and maintenance **Profile Description** We seek a dynamic, organized, and solution-oriented professional with a multitasking profile and the ability to efficiently manage simultaneous demands. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and control vehicle fleet maintenance and inspections; * Monitor systems related to traffic fines, documentation (IPVA, licensing), maintenance, inspections, and invoices; * Provide service and support to branches; * Act as a liaison among logistics, finance, and maintenance departments, leveraging technology to optimize costs and processes; * Support other procurement department activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills; * Ability to quickly learn and use new systems, software, and automation tools; * Affinity for technology. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM
