Additionally, the role involves participating in contract negotiations and preparing management reports to support strategic decision-making. * Analyze projects and technical specifications to prepare construction and service budgets. * Quantify required materials, labor, and equipment for project execution. * Research market prices for materials and services to obtain more accurate cost estimates. * Prepare detailed budget spreadsheets, accounting for all costs involved in project execution. * Participate in meetings with clients and suppliers to negotiate contracts and commercial terms. * Monitor cost evolution during project execution, making adjustments and revisions to budgets as necessary. * Prepare management reports with cost analysis, profitability assessment, and project performance indicators. * Support the engineering team and other company departments in strategic decision-making by providing relevant project cost information.
