**We are looking for someone to join our operations team and help safely produce and package high-quality products for our customers.** **Come make a difference with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage SSO programs to ensure compliance with current legislation. * Manage mandatory SSO training based on NRs and internal guidelines. * Create and implement SSO procedures aimed at preventing workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses. * Monitor, control, and specify new PPEs, aiming to reduce risks to workers' safety and physical integrity. * Prepare training programs, including onboarding (integration) and routine programs, as well as awareness initiatives and dissemination of safety rules and procedures. * Act as an intermediary with the group's medical and social services to facilitate necessary support. Inspect fire-fighting systems, other collective protection equipment, and the fire brigade. * Respond to inspections and environmental and labor audits conducted by regulatory authorities. * Support CIPA in its programs by analyzing observations and proposals to implement corrective and preventive measures for workplace accidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Accident, incident, and non-conformance analysis; * Fire Brigade Training; * Occupational Safety Legislation; * MS-Office; * PPP - Previdenciary Occupational Profile; * eSocial focused on Occupational Health and Safety; * SAP **Additional Information** We are Cibra, one of Brazil’s largest and most innovative fertilizer companies.
