Teamwork in the kitchen environment The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for supporting the preparation of meals served to students and staff, following the menu established by the nutritionist and complying with hygiene and food safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in food pre\-preparation and preparation * Support portioning and meal distribution * Perform cleaning of food items, utensils, equipment, and the kitchen * Follow the nutritionist's instructions regarding menus and special diets * Assist in inventory control and organization of supplies * Comply with good food handling practices **Requirements** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant (preferably in schools or institutional kitchens) * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling * Organization, responsibility, and punctuality * Ability to work effectively in a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Food Handling Certification * Experience in school meal programs Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
