




Job Summary: A professional responsible for handling, diagnosing, and resolving technical and functional incidents, monitoring critical routines, and performing configuration, development, and customizations. Monitoring of critical routines and system performance The role entails handling and diagnosing technical and functional incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and correcting errors, system freezes, and unmet business rules—ensuring agility and traceability of solutions. The professional will monitor critical routines, integrations, queues, scheduled jobs, and system performance. **Key Responsibilities:** **\- Handle and diagnose incidents (users, errors, freezes, unmet rules).** * Conduct root cause analysis; * Resolve issues with agility and traceability; * Monitor critical points: frozen routines, queues, integrations, scheduled jobs, query performance. **\- Configuration and processes in Sankhya.** * TOP, Nature, Cost Center, and master data setup; * Configure native routines; * Database and queries (SQL/PLSQL); * Build and optimize BI queries and components; * Create and maintain views, procedures, functions. **\- Development and customizations** * Create business rules/validations. * Actions, Events, and Routines in Sankhya. * Reports / layouts / printouts. **\- Cross-departmental collaboration** * Gather requirements from departments (Finance/Tax/Logistics) and translate them into solutions. * Train users on significant changes and produce quick-reference guides. **Required Qualifications:** * Strong logical reasoning + ability to investigate problems effectively. * Solid SQL skills (joins, aggregations, subqueries, basic performance tuning). * Good understanding of enterprise business processes (sales orders, invoices, inventory, finance, tax, etc.). * Organization: Document all operations created or revised. * Concise communication: Communicate effectively with users, understand their needs, and propose realistic deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Practical experience with Sankhya (configuration, TOP, business rules, reports, screens, etc.). * PL/SQL and sound database practices. * Experience with integrations. * Experience with Power BI / data modeling / views (even at a basic level). * Continuous improvement mindset: measures impact and proposes simplifications. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Commuting allowance or transportation voucher (VT); * On-site meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and daily fruit; * Health insurance (effective after 90 days);\- * Dental insurance (effective after 90 days); * Pet health insurance (effective after 90 days); * Gym membership discount; * Pharmacy discount program (effective after 90 days);\- * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Birthday day off.
