Join a team that values your greatest strengths! **Selection Process Steps** * **Application and tests** – Apply via the highlighted link. * **Screening** – Evaluation of requirements and profile. * **Interview with Talent Management Team** – Discussion to understand your motivations and career path. * **Interview with Leadership** – Technical evaluation and alignment with the department. * **Feedback and Result** – Communication regarding next steps. **Review the opportunity and apply now!** **Responsibilities for this Opportunity** **Job Mission** Responsible for developing operational parameter controls for the plant and monitoring performance indicators, as well as pursuing continuous improvement to ensure optimal production process performance, in accordance with current policies on safety/environment, cost, quality, and production. **Responsibilities** * Support effective operational unit performance through studies or recommendations related to the production process; * Ensure industrial process optimization through basic engineering studies; * Accelerate resolution of operational issues through in-depth knowledge, comprehension, and understanding of production areas; * Participate in identifying problems and resolving high-risk points in the industrial process using risk analysis methods (HAZOP); * Prepare periodic monitoring reports for respective areas using data from the production process; * Monitor equipment and instrumentation procurement to ensure suitability for the process, through comparative proposal analysis and technical opinion issuance; * Expedite and develop performance evaluations for departments, as well as projects for new equipment and operational units, by developing application software; * Explore new technologies for process replacement or improvement through studies and research, including technical-economic feasibility; * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and organizational policies and standards related to health, occupational safety, and environmental protection; * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and organizational policies and standards related to health, occupational safety, and environmental protection through execution of assigned duties. **Requirements** **Education** Bachelor’s degree completed — Chemical Engineering; Preferred: MBA or specialization; Active regional council registration (CRQ).
