Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to deadlines and regulations, and optimizing logistics processes for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with legislation and optimize processes ***REQUIREMENTS:*** Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in Logistics Supervision is mandatory. ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Supervise transportation operations, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines, routes, and service levels. * Coordinate drivers, monitoring work schedules, shifts, time off, and performance. * Plan and monitor route planning, cargo scheduling, and vehicle distribution. * Monitor trips, pickups, and deliveries, responding promptly to incidents such as delays, damages, accidents, and route deviations. * Track operational KPIs (punctuality, productivity, cost per km, fuel consumption, and damages). * Ensure compliance with transportation legislation, safety standards, working hours, and internal procedures. * Monitor vehicles undergoing maintenance. * Ensure accurate completion and verification of transportation documents (CT-e, MDF-e, delivery manifests, and receipt stubs). * Maintain contact with clients to align deadlines, incident reporting, and service levels. * Support training, onboarding, and guidance processes for drivers. * Propose continuous improvements aimed at reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and enhancing operational safety. * Prepare operational reports and present results to management. ***SALARY:*** To be negotiated ***WORK SCHEDULE:*** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
