Plan the menu, ensuring variety, quality, and consistency of dishes. Supervise the preparation of meats, side dishes, and other buffet items. Ensure proper doneness, cutting, and presentation of meats. Manage food and supply inventory to prevent waste. Place purchase orders and monitor suppliers. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Train and guide staff to maintain quality and productivity standards. Monitor costs and optimize kitchen processes. Ensure kitchen organization, cleanliness, and proper operation. Previous experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Executive Cook, or Food and Beverage Manager may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
