Grow with us! **Job Mission:** Contribute to maximizing results and optimizing the quality of current or future surface production processes by issuing technical recommendations, performing risk analysis, and promoting the application of best practices and available techniques. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities** * Act as a liaison between Production Engineering, Surface Facilities, Production Operations, and Reservoirs teams, promoting joint strategies to optimize processes, reduce operational risks, and maximize business profitability. * Develop and manage fluid flow simulation networks and nodal analyses, covering wells and surface facilities. * Coordinate and conduct performance tests on process equipment, ensuring optimal operating conditions and efficiency. * Plan facility expansions according to the development plan, in alignment with Operations, Maintenance, Production Engineering, Reservoirs, and Surface Facilities. * Provide field technical support to operations teams, performing calculations and analyses for surface equipment (separators, pumps, meters, valves, etc.). * Prepare technical reports and project descriptions for improvements, presenting them to regulatory bodies such as ANP, Ibama, Fire Department, among others. * Periodically update Operational Status Diagrams (DSO) and Land Use Diagrams (DUT) of the facilities. * Monitor economic limit flow rates of wells, stations, and systems, as well as simulate operational costs. * Identify operational bottlenecks and constraints, interacting with production engineers and participating in risk analyses (HAZID, HAZOP, etc.). * Participate in investigations and failure analyses of surface and downhole equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in operations and surface facilities projects, process simulation, optimization of oil and gas production systems, and Change Management (CM); * Ability to execute and review engineering documents (PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, line sizing, pumps, PSVs and control valves, cause-and-effect matrices, process data sheets, among others); * Knowledge of regulations and guidelines from agencies such as ANP, IBAMA, Fire Department. **Desirable:** * Proficiency in process simulators (Aspen Hysys, DWSIM, Pipenet, PRO-II, OLGA); * Certification in risk analysis (HAZOP, HAZID). **Additional Information** **Check out some of our benefits:** Meal + Food Voucher: BRL 2,315.50 Flexible Card: BRL 570.00 Christmas Basket: BRL 1,048.00 (once a year) Private Pension Plan Health and Dental Insurance Wellhub or Totalpass: whatever suits you best!
