As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a key contributor to our team’s success, playing a vital role where your skills and dedication will make the difference in achieving exceptional results. **Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance on masonry—both interior and exterior—assessing structural conditions; * Carry out preventive and corrective roof maintenance for production and administrative buildings; * Install, replace, and fabricate gutters; * Seal and repair gutters and flashing; * Replace flush tank valves, hydras, odorizers, deodorizers, toilet seats, mirrors, and frames; * Perform maintenance on walls, floors, masonry, and structures in general; * Execute painting and maintenance of curbs, metal structures, walls, and poles; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on grease traps and septic tanks; * Work at heights using articulated platforms, scaffolds, ladders, etc.; * Ensure final disposal of waste generated during the process; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * On-site Cafeteria * Life Insurance * Charter Transportation
