The hired employee will be responsible for supporting the company’s operational and administrative routines, ensuring organization, agility, and accuracy in internal processes. The role involves direct support to departments, assisting with document control, customer service, report preparation, and execution of essential activities for the smooth functioning of the department. * Assist in controlling and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet and equipment. * Initiate, update, and close maintenance work orders for vehicles and equipment. * Monitor mileage, operating hours, operational cycles, and scheduled maintenance due dates, ensuring timely execution of services. * Schedule appointments with repair shops, dealerships, technical support services, and specialized equipment maintenance companies. * Control fuel refills, fuel consumption, and fleet-related expense records. * Monitor externally performed services to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines for vehicles and equipment. * Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems related to fleet and equipment maintenance. * Assist in managing vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, inspections) and equipment documentation (certificates, manuals, technical documentation). * Conduct periodic inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify the need for preventive or corrective maintenance. * Support the control of vehicle and equipment delivery, return, and checklists provided to employees. * Maintain an organized archive containing maintenance history, invoices, and other documents related to the fleet and equipment.
