Does this sound like you? **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze and solve vehicle quality problems, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and continuously improving product satisfaction. * Identify and resolve non-conformities, providing continuous feedback during production to enhance product quality. * Collaborate with technical departments in testing, quality control, and validation of new products, ensuring they meet established standards. * Investigate root causes of failures in intermediate and final products, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement. * Develop and manage quality plans for new products, monitoring their implementation and ensuring performance objectives are met. * Provide technical support and detailed product information to maintenance and service departments, assisting in resolving technical issues. * Apply statistical techniques for quality data analysis, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. * Conduct inspection and validation of incoming materials, correctly identifying and assessing the quality of production inputs. * Lead and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and norms. Issue Technical Responsibility Annotation (ART) for services and projects as required by the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA). * **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related fields; Postgraduate degree in Quality Engineering or related areas; Knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\); Certification in welding inspection (e.g.: CWI, N1/N2 SNQC). Knowledge of quality audits and quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP); Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
