**Job Opening:** Logistics Operations Manager **Location:** Duque de Caxias – RJ Main Responsibilities * Plan, direct, and supervise logistics operations (inventory, transportation, receiving, and shipping) Ensure achievement of KPIs (key performance indicators) and operational and service targets; * Lead, develop, and motivate teams, fostering high performance and engagement; * Analyze, monitor, and report on operational results, proposing action plans and improvements; * Establish and monitor SLAs with customers and suppliers; * Manage operational costs and budgets, seeking resource optimization; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable legislation standards; * Develop logistics strategies aligned with corporate planning; * Participate in alignment meetings and interface with commercial, administrative, and finance departments. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; * Solid experience in logistics operations management (inventory, transportation, and shipping); * Proven experience leading high-performance teams; * Knowledge of logistics metrics and indicators (KPIs); * Proficiency in management systems and tools such as WMS and Advanced Excel (preferred); * Data analysis capability and results-driven decision-making skills; * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills; **Preferred:** MBA/Postgraduate degree in Logistics or Management, and experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). * Immediate availability * Extensive experience in logistics companies **Salary Range:** 10\.000,00 to 15\.000,00 Contract Type: PJ
