Job Summary: Responsible for fleet monitoring, incident management, logistics performance analysis, and supporting communication with carriers and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics performance analysis and managerial reporting * Responsibilities include: Fleet monitoring to ensure on-time delivery, Real-time incident management, triggering corrective actions when necessary, Logistics performance analysis and preparation of managerial reports, Supporting communication with carriers and customers to align delivery timelines, Processing and tracking Manifest Requests (SM), cargo tracking, and correspondence dispatch. Monitoring vehicle location and performance in real time; identifying and resolving potential issues in the monitoring system * What we expect from you: Completed high school education; higher education is a plus; Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, organizational ability, and excellent problem-solving capability.
