Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst with an analytical mindset, business acumen, and experience in commercial support to strategically collaborate with sales leadership. Interface with internal departments and assurance of information accuracy We are looking for a professional with a strong analytical profile, business vision, and experience in commercial support to serve as a **Senior Commercial Analyst** within the SAV department. If you are proficient in data, KPIs, and BI tools—and wish to work strategically alongside commercial leadership—this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct support to the sales team and sales leadership * Extraction, processing, and analysis of sales data * Development and maintenance of sales reports, KPIs, product activation, returns, and performance metrics * Order tracking, billing, and operational indicator monitoring * Interface with internal departments (logistics, finance, planning, trade marketing) * Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Skills:** * SAP * Order, billing, customer, and material inquiries * Extraction of operational and commercial reports * Excel – intermediate to advanced level * Pivot tables * VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / IF / SUMIFS * Processing and organization of large datasets * Power BI – intermediate to advanced level * Dashboard creation and maintenance * Data modeling * Database updating and automation * DAX language * Creation of measures and indicators (KPIs) * Calculation of variances, trends, targets, and comparisons * Power Query (M) * Data cleaning, transformation, and processing * Integration of multiple data sources (Excel, SAP, external databases) **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical and data-driven mindset * Organized with attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive, with a sense of urgency and accountability * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously * Business-oriented mindset with solution focus **Preferred Education:** * Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in commercial support or sales-related functions * Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies * Knowledge of sell-in, sell-out, coverage, and product activation metrics * Experience in report automation **Additional Information** **Salary:** To be negotiated + variable compensation (internal campaigns) **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 22.00 per business day (BRL 1.00 payroll deduction) * Fully company-funded fuel allowance **or** transportation voucher via transit card (6% payroll deduction) * Hapvida health plan – 50% company-funded, no co-payment, no waiting period * Bradesco Dental dental plan – 50% company-funded, no co-payment, no waiting period * Corporate mobile phone * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Other corporate benefits Join a team that dreams as big as you do!
