Ensure customer experience by anticipating their needs **Description:** ---------------- **About the Role:** The Captain role is an administrative and operational partner supporting the achievement of quality standards. The professional is responsible for coordinating the team to deliver quality service to guests in restaurant areas, in accordance with the company's defined service standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control total and daily inventory of tableware, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, centerpieces, and decorative items. * Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance and deep cleaning of the restaurant. * Control and monitor lighting, air conditioning, and background music. * Control and manage the cost assigned by management to your cost center. * Monitor the status of menus, wine lists, and promotions. * Ensure layout per cost center according to brand guidelines. * Supervise adherence to the restaurant opening and closing checklist. * Supervise and ensure hygiene and safety standards. * Ensure customer experience and personalize guest stays by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. * Address guest incidents, reporting actions taken to your manager; escalate the incident to the responsible person if no resolution can be provided. **Requirements:** ----------------- * High school diploma; a college degree is preferred. * Prior experience in this role. * Basic computer skills. * Flexible availability. * Customer service training (preferred). * People management training (preferred). * Wine training (preferred). **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Pharmacy card * Chartered bus service * Transportation allowance * Meals at the Employee Restaurant * Employee housing complex * Meal allowance * Birthday day off * Programs focused on employee appreciation and mental health * Zenklub platform
