Job Responsibilities: * Data modeling, business rule definition, and design of omnichannel experiences (Portal, Workspace, and Mobile), using Process Automation Designer, Playbooks, and medium-to-high-coupling integrations. Advanced Automation: * Creation of reusable flows, subflows, and actions—with governance, catalogs, and approval chains—using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and corporate spokes. Integrations and Security: * Design of secure integrations (authentication, authorization, observability), MID Server strategy definition, error handling, and documentation of APIs and data mappings. Support and Hypercare: * Planning and execution of upgrades, application of health checklists, coordination of hypercare periods, management of critical incidents, and monitoring of operational KPIs. Center of Excellence (CoE) / Center of Innovation (CoI) and Citizen Developers: * Definition of standards, playbooks, and training paths, ensuring governance and quality in low-code deliveries performed by business units. AI Applied to AppEngine: * Evaluation and integration of AI Agents (triage, classification, orchestration) when use cases require higher levels of intelligent automation.
