Opportunities to grow professionally in data and technology **About the opportunity:** As a **Senior Data Analyst** at Kurier, you will be responsible for supporting decision-making through data and contributing to strategic initiatives involving **Generative AI (GenAI)**, **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)**, and intelligent automation. If you possess analytical thinking, curiosity to explore emerging technologies, and desire to work closely with real-world impact on company growth, this role is for you. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from diverse sources. * Writing SQL queries for data extraction and validation. * Supporting the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports (KPIs and business metrics). * Conducting exploratory analyses to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities. * Supporting initiatives involving Generative AI, such as: * + Consuming and testing LLM APIs. + Building and maintaining RAG pipelines (indexing, embeddings, and data retrieval). + Preparing and organizing data for use in AI models. * Documenting analyses, processes, and results clearly. * Collaborating with product, technology, and business teams. **Requirements** * Completed degree in fields such as: Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines. * Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. * Proficiency in Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, or similar libraries). * Understanding of data modeling and data quality principles. * Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar). * Knowledge of: * + Generative AI (GenAI). + Concepts related to LLMs, embeddings, and prompts. + RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with AI libraries or frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar). * Familiarity with language model APIs. * Basic understanding of code versioning (Git). * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Curiosity and interest in applying AI to solve real business problems. **We believe everything happens because of people—and beyond that, we offer many additional benefits for you:** Meal and/or food allowance (you choose how to allocate the total amount); Health insurance; Dental insurance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Early 13th salary payment; Birthday day off; Seniority bonus; Childcare allowance; Eyeglass allowance; Funeral assistance; Financial home-office allowance.
