The professional will support accounting routines, ensuring the accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with the company's legal obligations. Key responsibilities include attending to clients through digital channels (e-mail, WeChat, among others), reviewing and analyzing documentation for accounting entries—such as bank statements, payment spreadsheets, payroll, and tax modules—ensuring correct setup and accounting classification according to the chart of accounts. The Accountant will be responsible for performing accounting entries, result calculations, bank and supplier reconciliations, analysis of tax withholdings, and participation in monthly and annual closings. The role also involves generating financial reports and statements, supporting audits and internal controls.
