Preparar muestras y realizar ensayos de resistencia, adherencia, espesor, color, brillo, entre otros, conforme a las normas técnicas. Controlar los estándares de calidad según las especificaciones técnicas y los procedimientos internos. Completar informes técnicos y registrar los resultados en el sistema. Apoyar en la investigación de no conformidades y en la mejora continua de los procesos de laboratorio. Mantener la organización y el buen funcionamiento del laboratorio, asegurando la calibración y conservación de los equipos. Brindar apoyo a las áreas de producción y calidad mediante análisis de rutina y soporte técnico. **Requisitos y calificaciones** Formación técnica o universitaria en Química o áreas afines. CRQ vigente. Experiencia deseable en laboratorio industrial (pinturas o polímeros). Conocimiento de normas técnicas y Buenas Prácticas de Laboratorio.
