UX Designer
We are seeking a **Mid-Level Designer** for MRM Brasil, a full-service agency within McCann Worldgroup—part of the Interpublic Group (IPG)—with a primary focus on digital. **Responsibilities and Duties**
A designer who understands that CRM is about more than aesthetics.
Thinks in terms of layout, hierarchy, clarity, and scalability—with performance and scale as central priorities.
Works autonomously on medium-complexity deliverables, collaborates with copywriters and strategists, and helps maintain visual brand consistency across all touchpoints.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Tools used daily: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (as needed), slide presentations (Slides or PowerPoint), Microsoft Office suite, and squad management tools.
