Everyone is very welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check if this opportunity matches your profile and come with us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures, ensuring their effectiveness and updating them according to current legislation; * Coordinate accident prevention programs, including training, awareness campaigns, and internal audits, aiming to reduce incidents and continuously improve processes; * Conduct risk assessments and periodic inspections at company facilities, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective and preventive measures; * Supervise the selection, procurement, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), ensuring compliance with safety standards; * Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and proposing actions to prevent recurrence; * Coordinate the Internal Accident and Harassment Prevention Committee (CIPAA), providing technical support and promoting active member participation; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other relevant legislation, maintaining the company's legal compliance; * Develop and manage OHS performance indicators, analyzing data and proposing improvements in safety processes; * Advise management/directors by developing specific studies (relevant occupational health and safety legislation) and providing information on topics related to the area and its indicators; * Develop and implement administrative and technological improvements in processes focused on risk management, behavioral safety, and accident reduction; * Manage the regulatory framework (technical and regulatory standards) applicable to occupational safety; * Engage with governmental and non-governmental institutions on matters related to occupational health and safety; * Plan, specify, and monitor activities and resources involved in a project; * Prepare and manage the operational and investment budget related to Occupational Health and Safety, ensuring its execution as planned; * Conduct safety process audits within the business unit; * Deliver training arising from corporate processes aimed at preparing and implementing new procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** You must have: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Experience as an Occupational Health and Safety manager; * Availability for travel; * Valid National Driver's License (Category B).
