Description

We are seeking a **General Services Assistant** to perform cleaning, maintenance, and organization of corporate environments, ensuring a clean, pleasant, and functional space for everyone. The professional will be responsible for maintaining common areas, executing routine cleaning tasks, managing supplies, and providing basic support to employees and visitors. **Key Responsibilities** * Clean and maintain the office, reception area, restrooms, kitchenette, hallways, and other facilities; * Sweep, vacuum, wash, and wax floors; * Collect, sort, and properly dispose of waste; * Organize and manage inventory of cleaning supplies; * Prepare and serve coffee and water to employees and visitors; * Perform periodic cleaning of windows, walls, blinds, stairs, and communal areas; * Identify maintenance and spot-cleaning needs; * Ensure proper care and preservation of equipment and tools; * Maintain positive interpersonal relationships and act with discretion and confidentiality.
