Learn more about PLC Advogados and **build your future with us**! **Responsibilities and Duties** The lawyer will actively practice in **Labor Law**, responsible for managing and monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings from inception through enforcement. Key responsibilities include: * Drafting and reviewing various procedural documents, including initial pleadings, responses, submissions, appeals, and other procedural acts; * Representation at labor hearings, including preliminary, conciliation, evidentiary, and judgment hearings; * Development, analysis, and presentation of legal arguments, with strategic vision aligned to client interests; * Drafting of legal opinions and responses to internal and external inquiries; * Monitoring proceedings via court systems and deadline management; * Liaising with clients and internal departments, providing technical guidance and procedural updates; * Inputting and managing information in legal systems. As this is a **senior-level** position, candidates are expected to possess consolidated experience in Labor Law, with proven practical expertise—particularly in labor litigation; conducting hearings; drafting complex procedural documents and appeals; and developing legal arguments and issuing legal opinions. Familiarity with and experience using legal software systems such as **eLaw, Projuris, and Advwin** will be considered a **plus**. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Windows and core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF. **Essential:** Active OAB registration; prior experience in Labor Law commensurate with a senior-level role; experience in labor litigation, including handling judicial proceedings at all stages; experience conducting labor hearings (preliminary, conciliation, and evidentiary); proficiency in drafting various procedural documents, including initial pleadings, responses, submissions, and appeals; ability to conduct legal analysis, develop legal arguments, and present technical arguments; experience drafting legal opinions; organizational skills and procedural deadline management; strong oral and written communication skills. **Desirable:** Knowledge of and/or experience with legal software systems such as eLaw, Projuris, and Advwin; postgraduate studies or specialized courses in Labor Law. **Additional Information** **Employment Model:** Service Partner **Compensation Package:** Fixed monthly draw, quarterly draw (based on performance and criteria of the variable remuneration program), payment of the current year’s OAB annual fee (if program eligibility requirements are met), and *referral* bonuses for client acquisition. **Office Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid, subject to future adjustments based on business needs.
