Support process automation and optimize CI/CD pipelines 4mti is seeking a DevOps professional to join its team and strategically contribute to maintaining, automating, and evolving technological environments, ensuring high system availability, security, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain servers and infrastructure, ensuring full operational functionality; * Ensure system availability, scalability, and security; * Support automation of deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes; * Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines; * Monitor environments, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively prevent incidents; * Contribute to continuous infrastructure evolution by proposing improvements and best practices. Requirements: **Requirements for the position:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Availability for on-site work in Belo Horizonte (Funcionários neighborhood); * Experience with servers, Linux knowledge, and hands-on DevOps experience; * Strong communication skills and ability to align with the team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar; * Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Familiarity with monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK); * Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
