**Talent Pool \_ Occasional Freelance Prospecting in Muriaé/MG**

**Job Location:** Muriaé/MG
**Number of Positions:** 15
**Prospecting Training Date:** Will take place at the company premises (in person, i.e., on-site), conducted by a coach responsible for the freelance prospecting team.
**Freelance Service Days and Hours:**
Monday through Friday.
**Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch break).
Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM (you may bring your own lunch, as there is a cafeteria and all necessary facilities).
**Competitive Market Remuneration:**
**Depending on your effort, commitment, dedication, and responsibility, you may earn up to R$ 500.00 within 5 days.**
Daily rate: R$ 80.00;
\+ Bonus for achieving target: R$ 20.00 (target will be established and agreed upon);
\+ Transportation allowance (V.T.) of R$ 20.00 paid daily (or negotiable depending on commute);
\+ One-time expense allowance of R$ 20.00.
**You’ll stand out and get ahead if you have:**
– Completed High School;
– Availability for 8 hours/day (Mon–Fri);
– Confidence, persuasiveness, strong communication skills, professionalism, friendliness, and resilience;
– **Experience in call centers, customer service (SAC), help desks, active and passive telemarketing, secretarial work, reception, customer service, or sales.**
**How will the freelance work be carried out?**
The selected prospector will receive proper training from a certified and specialized coach, as mentioned above, working on-site at the hiring store, handling qualified leads (contacts/customers), inviting, scheduling, and confirming PREMIUM CLIENTS for the event taking place at the store.
Please note that this role **does NOT involve sales**, but rather contacting customers to invite, schedule, and confirm their attendance at the upcoming event.
**Interviews will be conducted online.**
