Warehouse organization and inventory management **Job Mission:** Verify cargo during receiving, shipping, and consolidation by comparing against orders and invoices; organize and control inventory; inspect the condition of goods; segregate batches according to region or withdrawal order. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Relevant work experience * Cargo Checker Certification Course **Responsibilities:** Cargo Loading and Unloading Operations * Assign work teams according to tasks to be performed; * Organize vehicles according to loading/unloading orders and time windows; * Verify quantity, weight, quality, identify goods, and pay attention to each client's specific requirements; * Record discrepancies or damages on the CT\-e, take photographic evidence, and notify clients and supervisors; * Keep drivers waiting until the issue is resolved with the client. Container Stuffing, De-stuffing, and Transshipment to Trucks * Assign work teams according to tasks to be performed; * Begin cargo separation in the warehouse per instructions and manifests; perform double-checks on both documentation and physical items to ensure correct segregation; * Inspect empty containers and vehicles, issuing check\-lists; * Perform container stuffing, record details, and seal the container. Warehousing: * Conduct monthly warehouse inventories, or as requested by immediate supervisor, comparing physical cargo locations against planned quantities; * Receive documentation, segregate cargo batches to be loaded and transported, observing each client's specifications; * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by management. * Organize goods; maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
