Job Summary:
Conduct inspections of real estate assets, both new and used, analyzing features and conditions of preservation, and recording detailed information for reports, as well as training new inspectors.

**Main responsibilities for this role include:**
* Efficiently, accurately, and reliably conduct inspections of real estate assets, analyzing features and conditions of preservation/functionality of commercial and residential properties, both new and used;
* Identify and observe materials, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, furniture, and other property items;
* Test equipment, identify damages, and verify functionality and general environmental conditions;
* During exit inspections, perform meticulous comparisons based on reports and documents;
* Record collected information in detailed textual format with photos for inspection report generation via a tablet application;
* Verify repairs and discrepancies;
* Train and supervise new inspectors.
**Prerequisites:**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic computer skills;
* Valid driver's license;
* Personal vehicle (car or preferably motorcycle);
* Android smartphone.

Note: Prior experience is not required, as we provide training.
